Social Activities

We have a number of social activities throughout the year including our Annual Presentation Dinner, a Christmas Function, as well as a club Barbeque. These are always popular and well attended and are a great way for all the families to get to know each other.

Friday Night - The "Fisho's" get together nearly every Friday Night at the Castle Hill RSL Club to hold a Meat and Seafood Raffle and for those who want to take part, a friendly game of Darts with worthwhile prizes for 1st and 2nd. Friday night is where the final details of the weekend's trips are sorted out.

Presentation and Awards Night - The night when all that effort is recognised. From the oldest Fisho to the youngest Junior Fisho, if you are a winner, this is the night where you'll definitely become a champ.

Family Day and BBQ - Members and their families to get together for a BBQ and a day of fun and games.

Christmas Dinner - The Fisho's Christmas Celebration is held at one of the Castle Hill RSL Group Clubs (Parramatta, Lynwood, Castle Hill) and is open to all Fishing Club Members and their Families.

Barefoot Bowls - Another activity the Fisho's enjoy is Barefoot Bowls at one of "The Hills" Bowling Clubs. A FUN afternoon event followed by a drink and some light food. It doesn't matter whether you are any good, it's all about the fun.
